The information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to meet the specific needs of any user. Any commentary, tips, and materials posted through the Service by YSL.IO or a third party are not intended as recommendations, advice, or endorsements upon which users should rely. Users should not place any reliance or expectation on any token(s) sent to any YSL.IO smart contract. There is no expectation of profit or benefit from the efforts of others. YSL.IO is simply a piece of inert code at a contract address on the BNB Chain and can do nothing on its own.
Users are responsible for all work themselves, similar to how all BTC is created. Tokens, such as YSL, xYSL, bYSL, USDy, and xBUSD, are only created when people run the code and follow the rules of the network. These tokens are created by users themselves and are not investments in any form, but rather donations with no expectation of return or benefit.
Every YSL, xYSL, bYSL, USDy, and xBUSD token that exists is created by a user following the rules of the code they choose to run. This code is located at a BNB Chain contract address and may be referred to as YSL.IO. Users can choose to mine their own blocks or pay a miner to do it for them. Only users can mint their own YSL, xYSL, bYSL, USDy, and xBUSD tokens when they run the exchange function in the code using their private key. Users can also deposit, withdraw, and claim rewards using their private key by running the appropriate functions in the code.
The user acknowledges and understands that YSL.IO is not responsible for the accuracy and currency of its products, services, and website. If the user becomes aware of any errors or incompleteness, they agree to not take advantage of this information, disclose it, or share it with others. YSL.IO is not responsible for any crypto transactions or the sending or receiving of fiat currency through any third-party system.
YSL.IO will not accept liability for damages or losses to a crypto wallet owner, YSL.IO user, or third party caused directly or indirectly due to the actions of the crypto wallet owner or YSL.IO account holder, such as making deposits to their YSL.IO account from a crypto wallet, requesting funds be sent from their YSL.IO wallet or account balance to another wallet, providing incorrect details for personal wallet or account withdrawals, or allowing any other person or system access to their YSL.IO account to send or receive funds. The user is solely responsible for any such actions and their consequences.
YSL.IO will not be held accountable for any interruptions in service due to failures of third-party telecommunications or data transmission systems, or any computer systems. While we cannot guarantee resolution, we will take steps to ensure that our computer systems allow users to resume their participation as soon as possible.
Except as stated above, YSL.IO is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages suffered or incurred by a crypto wallet owner, YSL.IO account holder, or third party due to:
- Any failure of YSL.IO's software or hardware solutions, except in cases where such failure is due to a lack of reasonable care and skill in providing products and services
- Any failure of the device used by the user to access YSL.IO products, networks, and services
- Any failure arising from the incompatibility of YSL.IO products and services with the user's computer or device
- Any failure of third-party telecommunications or data transmission systems
- Any issues with blockchain networks, such as Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Polygon, Arbitrum, Fantom, or Optimism
- Any virus attack, hack, malware, or malicious act traced back to YSL.IO systems

YSL.IO does not offer any warranties or accept responsibility for this third-party content. Links to external websites and services are not endorsements, and YSL.IO and its team are not responsible for the content or availability of these websites or services. YSL.IO is not responsible for any losses incurred by an Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Polygon, Arbitrum, Fantom, Optimism, or any other crypto wallet holder, Account Holder, or third party due to any mistakes, errors, misunderstandings, mistranslations, spelling mistakes, reading errors, transaction errors, technical failures, user registration errors, cancellations, or unforeseeable circumstances that prevent YSL.IO from fulfilling its obligations. We also do not accept liability for any collusion by the Account Holder or third party, criminal actions by the Account Holder or third party, or any advice or recommendations provided by YSL.IO or any third party via the network, application, or website. Additionally, we are not responsible for any market fluctuations, including exchange rate variations.
YSL.IO is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from events in the following categories: mistakes made by the user of any cryptocurrency-related software or service (e.g. forgotten passwords, payments sent to wrong coin addresses, accidental deletion); software problems with YSL.IO or any cryptocurrency-related software or service (e.g. corrupted YSL files, incorrectly constructed transactions, unsafe cryptographic libraries, malware); technical failures in the user's hardware for any cryptocurrency-related software or service (e.g. data loss due to a faulty or damaged storage device); and security issues experienced by the user of any cryptocurrency-related software or service (e.g. unauthorized access to the YSL.IO account). We are also not responsible for actions or inactions of third parties or events experienced by third parties (e.g. bankruptcy of service providers, information security attacks on service providers, and fraud by third parties).
